Director of Administration
As the Director of Administration, Christopher serves the Pastoral Team and the church family by providing leadership for the administration and business affairs of the church. Christopher has grown up in the church, having moved here with his family in 1987. Over the years Christopher has served in various volunteer capacities including Shiloh Youth, assisting in administration, leading on numerous missions assignments, organizing special events and teaching R.C.T.C. Christopher brings with him a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University and designation as a Chartered Insurance Professional. He believes that God has used his years of experience in the business world to prepare him for this specific ministry assignment. His heart is to help individuals find their fit in the church family and see the call of this house conducted with a spirit of excellence. Christopher is married to Jenn. They have a daughter, Emma and a son, Joseph.

Julia Benwell
Director of Children's Ministries Pastor Julia committed her life to Jesus Christ at the age of seven. She feels that having come to the Lord at such a young age is part of the reason why she has felt called to work with children. Pastor Julia joined the staff eleven years ago, at which time she worked with the church nursery department and started Tiny Treasures Nursery School. In June, 1982, she became the Director of the Christian Education Department. She was ordained into ministry in September, 1998. Pastor Julia holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Mount Saint Vincent University and is a graduate of A.S.K. Bible Training Centre. Pastor Julia's heart is to see children of all ages trained in the ways of the Lord, using their talents and giftings to minister and touch others, regardless of age. Pastor Julia is married to Rick and they have three children, Marc Andrew, Christopher and Anna.

Mike Miller
Director of Youth & Outreach
Pastor Mike serves as the Youth and Outreach Pastor and is the Director of Go Missions. Having been raised up under the leadership of Rock Church, Mike's ministry experience comes from times of serving in Africa, Asia, Europe and throughout the Americas. Pastor Mike's desire to see the church challenged and activated has led him to send others on short-term missions trips all over the world to do the work of God and to have their hearts awakened. As Youth Pastor of Shiloh Youth Mission he believes what those before him believed, that our nation's greatest resource is our youth. Pastor Mike and his wife, Nancy are committed to God's call on their lives and helping others live a life of purpose and adventure. They have a son, Joshua and a daughter, Mattie.

Paul Khosla
Director of Worship and Creative Arts
As the Director of Worship and Creative Arts, it is Paul's desire to see those gifted with creative talents, empowered and equipped to serve the Lord in His house. Paul understands that God has called us to come ‘together’ and worship Him (Ps 34:3), and to do so across ‘generations’ (Ps 145:4); employing expressions of worship that are ‘fresh’ (Ps 33:3) and ‘glorious’ (Ps 66:2). This understanding informs his approach to leading worship, and leading the Creative Arts team here at Rock. Paul is a skilled musician and worship leader with over 12 years of worship leading experience. He brings with him a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology from Dalhousie University and is completing a Bachelor of Religious Education with a major in Pastoral Ministry at Master’s College and Seminary. Paul is married to Diana.
